Manage My Health - cyber incident

Manage My Health is a third-party provider that supports the online patient portal used by many healthcare organisations across New Zealand, including our organisation.

Following the cyber-security breach that occurred a few days ago, Manage My Health continues to actively investigate the incident and has engaged specialist cyber-security experts to support their response. Patients identified as being impacted will be contacted directly by Manage My Health with further information and support as soon as possible.

Dedicated resources will also be made available to support patients once this communication has been issued. We are working closely with their team and will continue to do so as the investigation progresses.

Protecting the privacy and security of your health information remains a priority for us. We will provide further updates if any new, relevant information becomes available.
